The Edinburgh Partnership commissioned Progressive Partnership, an independent market research company, to carry out a survey of Edinburgh residents to:
- measure satisfaction with public services
- identify areas for improvement
- gather information about residents which is not available through other sources or at ward level.
Around 3,700 residents took part in the survey between July and September 2023. The survey involved face-to-face interviews in the street and door-to-door.
The results from the survey will be used to inform best practice, strategy development and outcome monitoring across the Edinburgh Partnership including informing the Local Outcome Improvement Plan.
